Hennessey, Mr. Henn, Henny Hunny (he goes by many a name) came to The Good Life Rescue with a broken leg and fear of amputation. While we were able to save the leg, he decided he wanted to be extra special and broke his first surgical plate. This required a second surgery to put in a new plate. From there we went to strict kennel rest - meaning he doesn't get to be the young dog that he deserves to be, so we keep his mind extra busy. Henn has also struggled with keeping his cast on - it itches and has caused some sores, so he has seen our vets several different times for just that. In other words Henn is expensive on our medical bills. But oh is he worth it. Henn has golden eyes that will speak to your soul and I just know he will make someone an amazing dog. Help us be able to continue to save the Hennessey's of the world.
