Elevate Grand Island is a hands-on leadership program that helps newcomers build connections, gain local knowledge, and grow personally and professionally.
Through a 7-module experience, participants engage with city services, nonprofits, and business leaders—gaining the tools and confidence to succeed and contribute.
In just a short time, nearly 100 participants have gone on to make meaningful contributions that strengthen our workforce, enrich our culture, and support local economic growth.
