The Leadership Center

We are a nonprofit based in Aurora, NE offering education, community, and delicous food. Through our leadership programs, conference and retreat center, coffee shop, and catering, we create moments that matter for our clients and guests. Our ultimate goal is to inspire and enable community building at every level.

We are a unique nonprofit that has been serving youth since 1968 when 3 agriculture educators purchased an old roller-skating rink to host youth leadership camps for FFA officers. Since then, we have expanded our offerings but have never wavered from our original mission of supporting youth. Now, we also serve their families, community, and beyond with guests across the country.

"TLC" sits on 43.5 acres with over 13,000 square feet of meeting space, 60 hotel-style lodge rooms, 3 dorm style cabins, a full-service kitchen and numerous recreational opportunities. We also own Espressions: Coffee and Community in downtown Aurora where we serve delicious drinks, showcase local artists, host workshops and community nights, and offer meeting spaces.
