Hampton Housing Solutions, Inc. was organized in 2016 and received its IRS non profit status in 2017. Being a 501(c) 3 means gifts to us are tax deductible. Our Board is a group of volunteers dedicated to develop affordable housing to allow our community to continue to grow. We are also dedicated to the high quality family life associated with small-town living.

HHS is proud to report that our first house was completed in January of 2020.. We constructed a second house and sold in July 2023. It is located on a lot that was considered an empty lot within the Village. Any and all donations are joyously received and will be put towards funds needed in order to continue to grow and develop affordable housing options in Hampton. Hampton Housing Solutions, Inc. is committed to identifying and acquiring new lots where affordable homes can be built within the Village of Hampton.
