TeamMates of Central City

The mission of TeamMates Mentoring Program is to positively impact the world by inspiring youth to reach their full potential through mentoring.

Tom and Nancy Osborne established the TeamMates Mentoring Program in 1991 to provide support and encouragement to school-aged youth. We are a school-based mentoring program, which means mentoring takes place in the school building during school hours at our middle school and high school, starting in 5th grade. TeamMates of Central City began in 2002, we celebrated our 20th year of making a difference for students in 2022. Our exceptional mentors form a relationship of support with mentees. Watching them graduate is a proud moment for all. We offer every senior going onto higher education a scholarship.
