HEAR GRAND ISLAND encourages community growth and development through music and the arts.

Founded in 2016 by Brent C Lindner, HEAR GRAND ISLAND is a summer music festival located at Railside at the AMUR Plaza. For 10 consecutive Fridays, we offer top-notch bands from across the country, street food, a beverage garden & the chance to spend time with friends & family and enjoy our growing community. In 2018 we were awarded the Best of Grand Island- Special Event/Festival by the Grand Island Independent. In 2019, the Grand Island Chamber awarded us with the Outlier Award. HEAR GRAND ISLAND is in its 7th year and has seen over 140 thousand fans enjoy the music. HEAR GRAND ISLAND continues to grow, with the addition of the Bridge Concert, which features top Latino acts and partnering with Taco Los Hermanos, and putting on festivals on 4th Street that continue to foster a bond between the many cultures of our community.

HEAR GRAND ISLAND is vital in providing entertainment options across the spectrum and has become a great recruiting and retention tool for local businesses in keeping talented people in our community. HEAR GRAND ISLAND continues to give back to local charities by donating over 60k from beverage sales since its inception.
