Choice Family Health Care

The mission of Choice Family Health Care is to provide affordable, caring, quality healthcare and health education to women, men and adolescents.

CFHC is a non-profit, community-based clinic that specializes in reproductive health care. We offer affordable access to services, including women's wellness exams, cervical and breast cancer screenings, confidential STI and HIV testing, pregnancy testing and counseling, birth control options, and health education/outreach throughout the community.

For people lacking resources, the journey to health can be more difficult. This may lead to increased STIs, HIV, and infertility risks. That's why we are on a mission to provide access to reproductive healthcare to ALL in our community, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
