Bremer Community Center, Inc.

A nonprofit organization

Our mission is to provide a community event space and recreational opportunities in Hamilton County, Nebraska.

The Bremer Community Center has been an important part of the community in Hamilton County since 1979. Located in Aurora, the center was built to give local families and nearby communities a welcoming place to gather for events, activities, and recreation.

Over the years, the Center has continued to grow. The Penner Athletic Courts (PAC) added a large, modern space with hardwood floors and an open layout that works well for sports, programs, and big community events. The PAC also partners closely with Aurora Public Schools, giving students and teams extra space for practices, games, camps, and tournaments. The facility can hold two full basketball courts or four volleyball courts, and it includes bleachers and a mezzanine viewing area so families and fans can easily watch and support participants. Throughout the year, we hosts leagues, camps, and skill sessions for both youth and adults, drawing people from Hamilton County and surrounding areas.

Our newest addition, the outdoor park, is now complete and open for everyone to enjoy. It includes a walking path, three pickleball courts, and two bocce ball courts, creating even more ways for people of all ages to stay active, connect with others, and spend time outdoors.

Together, these spaces help us bring people together, encourage healthy lifestyles, and create a friendly, welcoming environment for our community and visitors alike.
