The mission of Voice for Companion Animals (VCA) is to keep pets in their home by assisting seniors, and other individuals, with food and/or supplies. We also created the AniMeals program in 2015, which provides pet food for those individuals on the Meals on Wheels program who have pets.
Go Big GIVE is a 24-hour, online giving event organized by the Grand Island Community Foundation and Heartland United Way to grow philanthropy in Hall, Hamilton, Howard and Merrick Counties. Matching funds and prize money are available to amplify charitable donations. Go Big GIVE is based on other successful giving days hosted by community organizations across the country.
